Mastering Sweater Weather

It’s finally getting to the type of weather in London where you can just about get away a sweater sans coat. Come February, my favourite jumpers become an everyday staple, especially turtleneck jumpers with long hems and sleeves.

I love pairing my jumpers with flared jeans for a 70s feel, and tucking the front of the jumper into the waistband. And why stop the “tucking in” trend there? Don’t ask me why but there’s something enigmatically cool with tucking the ends of your hair into a jumper – just see all the street style photos from Fashion Week if you don’t believe me.

Lastly, we just have to talk about pairing camel tones with deep, burgundy reds. I find those shades deep so luxurious for a cold-weather look – I’m talking total Loro Piana inspiration. Whether you try out the hair tucked in trend, buy a new jumper dress, or get a burgundy manicure, make the most of Winter luxuries whilst you still can!
