Travel Diaries: JTO Takes Tuscany

A few weeks ago I embarked on my first holiday of Summer 2018. I’ve been to Milan many times, and to Rome, a few, but it was my first time in the middling area of Italy that makes up Tuscany. I was a bit confused about the geographical exactitude of “Tuscany”. Is Tuscany a region or a state? Is Florence within Tuscany, or a separate city altogether? Well, as per Google I found out that Tuscany is a region in central Italy, and indeed, Florence is the regional capital of Tuscany. Geography aside, I found out that Tuscany is also (arguably) the food, wine, and artistic centre of Italy. So, I pretty much spent the entire week there eating spaghetti and drinking organic red wine. And yes, it was heavenly. To find out where I stayed, where I ate, and what I wore, keep on scrolling!

  1. Tuscany looks gorgeous! I’m planning on going on a Europe tour soon and it looks like I’ll have to add this to the list. I also really wanna go to Modena as well. These pictures are lovely, as usual outfits on point. Will there be a JTO takes Tuscany vlog?
