Time to Blossom

I hope you’ve all been enjoying my latest series in collaboration with the photography queen that is Bonnie Robertson. To see the first look I shot with Bonnie, click (here).

We will always have the fashion staples that never go out of cycle: white sneakers, leather jackets, denim etc. For this spring, I’ll be wearing my denim in the form of the dungaree. In this post, I’ve paired mine with a bubblegum pink turtleneck that has some embellished rhinestone detailing, but there are countless ways to dress up a single pair of dungarees for this Spring/Summer. Try yours with a simple white tee, or even nothing at all!

Some summer accessories to add to your look could be the “on-trend” fanny pack, which is currently being designed in so many different variations. If you watched my Dubai Vlog (here) then you will know that I managed to get my hands on a velvet Gucci Belt Bag; A well-spent splurge in my (slightly) biased opinion. Other additions could be a pair of statement earrings or the so-called “dad trainers” that we’ve all seen on the Louis Vuitton and Balenciaga runways. I will personally be using both comfortable and colourful looks this Spring as a fashion Prozac to heal from all the black and minimalism I tried out this past winter. Because guess what, you can’t keep a kitsch-enthusiast down for long.
